skin rejuvenation with ice cubes

As the holiday approaches, women have more troubles and troubles: doing general cleaning, buying gifts, thinking about menus, buying food.

And yet, with all these troubles, one should not forget that one loves oneself. During the holidays, every woman has to look flawless. Of course, beauty salons always open their doors to us with hospitality. Professionals can do an excellent job with their assigned tasks, but it takes time and money.

Some salon procedures can be done independently, since not everyone has both. For example, you can do anti-aging cryotherapy sessions at home using cosmetic ice, which is very easy to prepare.

The complex effect of cold on the skin is successfully used for medicinal and cosmetic purposes. Receptors respond to cold - blood vessels first narrow, and after a while (when the ice irritant is removed) they expand. As a result, blood flow increases, the tone of the facial muscles increases, and the skin becomes taut and fresh, peeling goes away, wrinkles are smoothed out.

As a result, after a two-week rejuvenation procedure with cosmetic ice, we will achieve a simply magnificent result - healthy, toned skin. In general, you can prepare your beautiful face for the upcoming holidays on your own, spending a minimum of money and time.

For the skin rejuvenation process, you need to make three types of ice. Each of them is preparing for a certain stage.

  • The first stage is cleansing and toning.
  • The second stage is skin nutrition.
  • The third stage is to lift and nourish the skin of the eyelids.

Making three kinds of cosmetic ice

The acidity of cranberry juice perfectly cleanses the skin (fruit peeling), tightens pores, blocks enzymes that destroy collagen, without which the skin loses its elasticity. Aloe is an antiseptic with healing properties, it contains allantoin, a conductor of nutrients.

Mix everything and pour into ice molds.

Yellow ice for the second stage - rejuvenation, nourishment and smoothing of facial and neck wrinkles

Myrrh is an ingredient for rejuvenating nutrition, moisturizing and aromatherapy.

White ice for the third stage - care of the eyelids, rejuvenation and getting rid of fine wrinkles around the eyes

100 ml of green tea (1 tsp per 1 tbsp. Boiling water, strain, cool), 100 gr. milk (not skimmed), 5 drops of olive oil.

Add milk and olive oil to the filtered warm tea, mix, pour into ice molds. After the mixture has cooled, put the molds in the freezer and the cubes are ready to use when they are completely frozen.

The rejuvenation process is done by lightly patting the cleansed skin. The movements are not massage, just lubricating from the center of the face to its periphery and from below to the neck. All three cubes are included in a single procedure. You should use it one after the other without waiting for it to dry. Do sessions for 5 days and repeat after 3 days.

The result of these simple operations will be what is called "percentage", literally and figuratively, and will undoubtedly please you. And at the same time, the money saved on the eve of the holiday can always be used for good.
